With a lifetime of sales excellence, leadership, and community service, Ron Eiseman brings a unique combination of professionalism, negotiation expertise, and personal dedication to every real estate transaction. Originally from New Jersey, Ron moved to Florida in 1973 to complete college and graduated from the University of South Florida in 1974 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Shortly thereafter, he met the love of his life on Anna Maria Island, and the two married in 1975. Together, they have built a wonderful family with two children and seven grandchildren.

 

Before entering real estate, Ron enjoyed a highly successful career in the healthcare industry, where he held numerous sales and sales management positions with respected companies including NCRBristol Myers Squibb, and GE HealthCare. Throughout his career, he consistently exceeded sales goals, earned multiple top-performance awards, and developed a reputation for exceptional customer service, strategic negotiation, and problem-solving expertise.

 

Ron’s passion for mentoring also became a defining part of his professional journey. He has coached and guided many young sales professionals who later advanced into executive leadership roles, including several who became CEOs of major corporations. His strong communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to exceeding expectations continue to serve his real estate clients today.

 

Real estate has long been a personal passion for Ron. As a successful property investor over the years, he developed firsthand knowledge of the buying and selling process from both personal and financial perspectives. After deciding retirement was not for him, Ron pursued real estate full-time and quickly found success. Within just three months of earning his real estate license and joining Wagner Realty, he achieved the top sales position in his office located on Anna Maria Island.

 

Today, Ron proudly serves buyers and sellers throughout Manatee County and Sarasota County, providing clients with a professional yet personable experience built on integrity, responsiveness, and results. Whether helping clients purchase their dream waterfront home, relocate to Florida, or maximize the value of their property sale, Ron is committed to making every transaction as smooth and successful as possible.

 

Outside of real estate, Ron enjoys boating, golf, fitness, and spending time on the water — passions that align perfectly with the Florida Gulf Coast lifestyle he loves helping clients discover.

 

Ron is also deeply committed to community service and leadership. For more than 14 years, he has served as a Guardian ad Litem in Florida’s foster care system, advocating for children and helping ensure their needs are protected through the court system. He has also held numerous leadership roles with Temple Beth El, including Executive Vice President, President, and Immediate Past President, while continuing to serve on the Executive Board of Directors. In addition, Ron currently serves as Vice President of the Gulfview HOA Board.
