Mark Reemelin is a seasoned Florida Real Estate Broker with Elite Home Group, specializing in residential and coastal real estate throughout Bradenton, Anna Maria Island, Cortez, Sarasota, Palmetto, Snead Island, and the surrounding Gulf Coast communities. With more than 22 years of combined real estate experience, Mark brings a unique perspective to every transaction. His real estate career began as a certified real estate appraiser serving Sarasota and Manatee counties, where he developed an in-depth understanding of property valuation, neighborhood trends, and the factors that influence value in Florida’s diverse coastal markets. After transitioning into full-time real estate sales in 2010/2011, he built upon that foundation with a background in client-focused sales, marketing, and project and product management. His knowledge of the local market has also been featured on HGTV’s House Hunters.

Growing up in a Navy family, Mark had the opportunity to live throughout the United States and abroad, an experience that helped shape his adaptability and appreciation for the importance of finding the right place to call home. He moved to Florida for college in 1988 and later settled in the Bradenton and Anna Maria Island area with his wife, Deana, a Manatee County native. Over the years, the Gulf Coast has become much more than the market Mark serves. It is the community and lifestyle he and his family have chosen for themselves.
